1. Order Processing Time

To ensure the quality of every item, all orders are processed within 3-5 business days.

• Please note: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

• Once your order is packaged, you will receive an email with your tracking number. It may take an additional 48-72 hours for the carrier to update the tracking information on their system.

2. Estimated Shipping Times

We ship to a select number of countries. Based on current logistics, here are our delivery estimates:

• Japan: 7–14 business days.

• USA & Canada: 12–20 business days.

• Europe & UK: 12–20 business days.

• Other regions: 15–25 business days.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping, not the date of order. They can be affected by customs clearance, local postal delays, or seasonal high volumes.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). You can track your package directly via our website or the link provided in the email.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

k.u.e. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. International Fulfillment

To offer a curated selection of modern designs at accessible prices, your order is fulfilled directly from our specialized international warehouse in East Asia. This direct-to-consumer model allows us to maintain our high standards of design while reaching our global community.
